Folsom Lake International Triathlon

Get ready to dive, ride, and stride into the 13th annual Folsom Lake International Triathlon! This USA Triathlon-sanctioned event at the picturesque Granite Beach invites athletes to a 1.5K swim in the pristine waters of Folsom Lake, a 40K bike ride through scenic country roads, and a challenging 10K trail run to the finish line.

Each participant receives a custom swim cap, post-race refreshments, and an exclusive Folsom Lake Triathlon Runners Hat, with the option to snag a commemorative tee by May 6th. Compete for the glory of Overall Champion Awards, age-group accolades, and relay team honors.
