Kick off LT Games weekend with us. Join Hybrid XT Brand Creator Juan Herrera-Perla alongside NOBULL Athletes Alec Smith & Riley Hedstrom for a complimentary community shakeout run at Life Time Frisco on Thursday, October 1 at 5:00 PM.

Open to members and non-members, this easy-paced run is designed to get you moving, loosen you up before competition weekend, connect with fellow LT Games athletes, get introduced do the Hybrid XT community, and meet some of event sponsors. Stick around after the run to connect, get race-weekend ready and enter for the chance to take home sponsor gifts from our LT Games partners. You do not need to be competing in LT Games to participate, everyone is welcome to join the run!

Parking + Venue Access: Complimentary parking is available at Life Time Frisco. Follow event signage upon arrival for check-in and access.

Arrival + Check-In: Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow plenty of time for parking, check-in, and warm-up.

What to Bring: Running apparel, running shoes, a water bottle and anything you personally need to feel run-ready.
