Here's how it rolls: half-iron distance bikers gear up for a 7:00am start, with a rolling launch based on rack numbers. Olympic hopefuls, you'll hit the pedals at 7:10am, followed by our sprint distance speedsters at 7:30am. Two racers at a time, every 5-10 seconds—feel the adrenaline yet?
