Northfield 5K & One Mile Kids' Race

Get ready to lace up your running shoes for the 45th Annual Northfield 5k run/walk, 5k Power Walk, and One-mile kids' race taking place on Saturday, August 31! This event is the perfect kickoff to Northfield's Labor Day weekend celebrations, welcoming runners and walkers of all ages. With the support of the Central Vermont Runners and the Vermont Senior Games Association, the race is set to offer an electric atmosphere for both the young and the young at heart. Don't miss the starting whistle at 9:30 a.m. for ages 10 and up, with special categories for our Power Walk enthusiasts ages 50 and up, and an exciting dash for the kids starting at 10:45 a.m.

Bib number pickups start bright and early near Depot Square, giving you the chance to soak up the pre-race excitement. Race through the historic streets of Northfield with plenty of support and facilities to assist you along the way.
