Outrun the Rays 5k Walk/Run

Get ready to lace up your sneakers for a spirited dash at our Kids' Fun Run! We're rolling out the start line for racers 9 and under, kicking off at 8:45 a.m. It's all about the fun, and while we're not timing this one, we've got shiny medals for the top boy and girl speedsters. Every little runner gets a t-shirt and race packet to make the day extra special.

For those touched by melanoma, we invite you to run or walk in honor of your warriors. Wear your team colors proudly – no need to register as a group, individual sign-ups are just fine. The main race blasts off at 9:15 a.m. from the Peosta Community Center, circled by cheers and high-fives! Snag the early bird special for $25 by May 11, with a guaranteed t-shirt to remember the day. Alternatively, join us on race day with a simple entry of $30.

But why stop there? Pedal power takes the stage at 1:00 p.m. with bike rides launching from Darkbird Taphouse. Choose your challenge – 24 or 38 miles – and ride with a free-will donation. All this action, heart, and community... it's going to be one epic day!
