Route information
The course is an out and back style and is a closed course. It consists of two 6.5 mile loops. Most of the route is on a paved road with a few sections of unpaved fire road. Aid stations will be available as you run your course. The total elevation gain for the Half Marathon is approximately 800 feet.
The race will be in waves with the first one starting at 6:30am. Each wave, consisting of 5 runners, will start in one minute intervals.

Can I wear headphones during the Ransomed Run Half Marathon?
Due to safety concerns, the use of headphones on the course is not encouraged. If you choose to use them, please keep the volume level low so you may hear other runners and instructions from race officials and volunteers throughout the course.
Are dogs allowed to run the Ransomed Run Half Marathon?
No, due to nature of the course and for the safety of other runners, dogs are not allowed to run in the event.
