5K:
The route begins with a fast and flat section of the Pacific Electric Trail to take up Mile 1, before heading up a steady incline to Highland Avenue during Mile 2. The second half of the course is made up of a steady downhill back to Central Park, before hitting the PET again to zoom across the finish line.
10K:
After a short incline at the beginning, runners head onto the Pacific Electric Trail on a flat and fast section. There is then another incline to Highland Ave, before turning around for a downhill second half towards Central Park. There is then another loop of the starting incline and the PET.
