Run for Life

Get your running shoes ready for the Annual Run for Life, hosted by the Porterville Breakfast Rotary Club at Granite Hills High School! We're on a mission to raise vital funds for the Roger S. Good Cancer Treatment Center at Sierra View Medical Center, helping them provide support groups, screenings, educational materials, and much more for our community. This is more than just a race; it's an opportunity to celebrate and honor the heroes in our lives, like Jerry Swartzlander, Julie Hargis, and Maria Felix Hernandez de Carmona, who've shown incredible courage in the face of cancer.

Post-race, stretch out with our amazing yoga instructor Elizabeth Dieterle, and indulge in delicious pancakes and beverages, courtesy of The Porterville Runners Club and Stafford's Chocolates. With a t-shirt, finisher's medal, and awards across age categories up for grabs, this event is perfect for competitors and casual participants alike.
