Overall well done, definitely get to the start area early because otherwise it's very jammed up with runners/spectators. North half is a bit hilly, so don't go out too fast. South half is very flat and easy.

For the cost I was expecting more in the expo, and in the T shirtss fabric.

This is overall a great race. Slightly different course this year which added a hill at the half/marathon split. Support is great. Volunteers are friendly and helpful. Everyone usually has a great time.

Probably the most beautiful course i have ever been, the whole organization is excellent and the volunteers are the best.At one of the GU stations, i dropped off the gel by mistake and a volunteer ran and followed me until he gave it back me... simply WOW.My only suggestion would be to direct it to the walkers or the organization to instruct the walkers to please stay on the right side as a courtesy to the faster racers (just as they would be driving) because i had to speak loudly "good morning!!... coming up on your left, thank you" most of them gave me the space and some of them I had to get on the sidewalk.. no biggie but at mile 22+ its not nice. Also, right before the race started, i saw signs from rhe pacer indicating 5:45 and 6:30 and I thought it was pace per mile instead of time of completion, so i walked the first mile almost 2, passing people over until i finally got into my pace (7:30 aprox)But, i cant wait register for 2019.

It is a very beautiful course. When you begin you run north with the north half marathoners and then you run south with some of the south half marathoners. Very well staffed organizer and had a ton of aid stations. Had a great time! Some quicker racers might not like the congestion from mile 20 to the finish because they will be running by lots of half marathoners going at a slower pace.
