Swazi 5K

Hey there, welcome to the heart-pumping, joy-spreading Swazi 5K! For 17 beautiful years, this event has become a staple for folks of all ages in central Oklahoma. It's so much more than just a walk/run—it's a movement for good, rallying the community to support vital ministries in Eswatini, Africa, and locally in Bethany. Each stride you take helps Bethany First Church of the Nazarene extend hope and healing through Christ, reaching from our own backyard to nations far away.

Join hands with the Eswatini Partnership, as together with the Eswatini Church of the Nazarene, healthcare institutions, NCM Africa, and Southern Nazarene University, we take bold steps to fight against HIV/AIDS, TB, chronic diseases, and the mistreatment of women and children.
