Get ready to lace up your sneakers for the annual Thomas J. Frericks 5K, hosted by the University of Dayton's Department of Health and Sport Science! Join us for a heart-pumping race on campus during Family Weekend, or opt for the virtual run wherever you are. Mark your calendars for Saturday, Sept. 21, as the starting pistol fires at 10:00am in front of the RecPlex.

With a $30 entry for the in-person challenge and a free virtual run (donations welcome!), there’s no excuse not to participate. All proceeds bolster our Health and Sport Science programs and Phi Epsilon Kappa.
