Beautiful location. Free parking. Not chip timed as advertised though. It is pancake flat (for some reason it was advertised as ‘rolling hills’!). The course is 2 laps. There was only 1 section where I feel there should have been another marshal, which was on the grass section at the end of the laps (where you need to turn to head to the finish). There was a small cone to indicate where to turn but I completely missed it on my 1st lap! If it wasn’t for my dad shouting to turn, I would have just carried on going. The course is in a public park and it gets very busy. You have to dodge cyclists, dogs and children.

Not very well organised at all, although the volunteers were not to blame and the ones I spoke to were friendly. I won't to another MCC promotions event again (unless they up their game). The medal is budget to boot. Big thumbs down I'm afraid.

This race should have been free. No water was available when I finished, and to add to this I've been asked to upload my own results!!

Terrible organisation. Unclear directions, the idiot running it scrubbed my result as I ran further.

Very basic medal. Organisation could have been much better.Having said that it was the first race after covid so still enjoyed that.

A lot better organised this year, and some very enthusiastic volunteers all the way round to give you a boost. Enjoyable run, not too many people.

Whilst some of the field team were friendly and encouraging, the organisation was a shambles. The quality of information sent out was very poor - the postcode wasn't in Bushey park, the map had the start and finish at the opposite end of the park, not one bit of signage on the day and no information sent out before so late, chaotic registration for everyone out of the back of a car. Poor!

Great course Im a local and always enjoy running in Bushy Park but I felt the organising and running of the event on the day could have been better though I do appreciate that the weather was appalling and may have played a part in this.

A double loop race which was well marshalled but the finish timings were a bit iffy and the medals not the most inspirational but a nice one surrounded by deer and on mixed terrain.
