Join this 10k guided trail run set in the stunning Chiltern Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Starting from the market town of Tring, you'll head out on undulating, slightly hilly trails led by an experienced run leader.
As you run, you'll learn about the history of the region and get some trail running tips and techniques to help you improve. This is designed to be a sociable, friendly event and is not a race, so you'll have ample time to explore the countryside and make new trail running friends.
This event welcomes all abilities, although it is recommended that you're able to run 5k non-stop for this run. Depending on your ability, you'll be split into different groups of similar paces and allocated a run leader, so this run is perfect for trail running newbies and more experienced runners.
After finishing, you can enjoy a coffee or breakfast at Church Farm Cafe.
