Route information
This 10k trail route will take your through the beautiful woodlands and open ridge lines of the Chiltern Hills. The route will be undulating, with some hilly sections.
You will be grouped by ability, with each run group going at a sociable pace. This is not a race. Instead your run leader will take time to teach you about trail technique and give you time to take in your surroundings.

Parking
There is parking available at the start of the run.
Train
The nearest train station is Tring where there are taxi ranks available or it’s a 1.7 mile walk along pavements to where the run starts.

Ability
There will be 2 groups, one around a 10k pace of 60mins and the other around 70mins. First time trail runners are very welcome, you just need to be able to run a 5k non-stop.
