Route information
Come and join Zig Zag at their exclusive venue at Suffolk Running Centre. Whether you are looking to run 5k, 10k, Half Marathon, Full Marathon or Ultra Marathon, the brilliant Zig Zag Running team will cheer you all the way around. This event has a 7 hour cut-off time if you start at 9am or a 5 hour cut-off if you start at 11am.
There will be different routes each day:
Day 1 - Windmill - half marathon loop (road)
Day 2 - Denham Flats - 10k out and back (road)
Day 3 - Clover - half marathon loop (road with small amount of trail)
Day 4 - Denham Flats - 10k out and back (road)
Day 5 - Dalham Kiln - half marathon loop (road)
Day 6 - Denham Flats - 10k out and back (road)
Day 7 - Goldings Hills - 10k out and back (road)
Day 8 - Denham Flats - 10k out and back (road)
Day 9 - Gallops Half route - half marathon out and back (road and trail)
Day 10 - Denham Flats - 10k out and back (road)
Each day will have a 5k & 10k turn around point.

Wave Start Times
You can choose the wave start time you would like when booking. If you start at 9 am you will have 7 hours. If starting at 11 am you will have 5 hours.
Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to take part in this event.
Cupless Event
Please note the event has gone cupless - so please bring your own bottles or cups for refilling.

Do I have to enter all 10 days of the Great Barrow Series?
No! Enter as many or as few as you like.
How old must I be to take part in the Great Barrow Series?
All runners must be aged 18 or older on the day of the event.
Will there be aid stations at the Great Barrow Series?
Yes, there will be an aid station at the start/lap point of each race.
