Route information
See all that South London has to offer as you follow a leafy oasis along the Green Chain.
Runners will start and finish at Mottingham Sports Ground and head off along grassy footpaths on the Green Chain. Following Court Farm Road, and Oaks Farm Road along to Eltham College Junior School, the route then turns sharply onto the first section of the Green Chain.
Next its river views as you follow the small Quaggy River to Chinbrook Meadows. Here, runners will enjoy woodland scenes before some quick urban sections along a railway line and over a bridge.
The path eventually comes out onto Burnt Ash Lane where runners will follow Ridgeway Drive back onto and over the railway bridge.
Finally its across Charminster Road and Castle Road through some scenic woods back to Mottingham Sports Ground.
Runners completing in the 10k will complete 1 full lap, those in the Half Marathon will complete 2 laps and a little extra, and those in the Half Marathon will complete 4 and a little extra.

Race Packs
Runners will collect their race packs from registration on the day.
Cut-Off Time
There will be a cut-off time of 6.5 hours which will be strictly adhered to. Any runners running slower than this time will be asked to head back to Race HQ.
Toilets
There will be toilets at the Sports Club and, if required, portable toilets may also be available.
Aid Stations
Aid stations will be situated roughly every 3 miles along the course.
