This Guy Fawkes-themed running festival will have you taking off like a rocket from the start line. You will have 6 hours to complete this event, choose your distance when you book. It will be challenging, but it is a flat looped course that offers a great chance to secure an explosive PB.

Route information
Traverse this flat course in this fantastic 6-hour running extravaganza to see if you could be the next track star. All entrants will be running around a 400m athletics track for the duration of the event. Therefore, you will be testing your physical fitness and your mental ability to conquer this rather unique challenge.
With local fireworks lighting up the evening sky, there will be plenty of opportunities for participants to get a PB no matter what distance you race over the 6 hours.

Age Requirements
All entrants must be 18 years or above to participate.
Registration
Please arrive 30 minutes before the start time to collect your race number and receive the race briefing.
Rules
- Overtake on the right-hand side
- If you are going to walk some parts of the event, please stay in the outer lanes of the track
- As it gets dark all participants will be required to wear a headtorch for the remainder of the event

Is there a fitness requirement for the Guy Fawkes Gallop?
No, there is no fitness requirement but if you would like to walk some of the event please stick to the outer lanes of the track.

All entrants will receive a bespoke medal, free tea, coffee and cake, race photograph. Most importantly, a chance to get a new PB on this completely flat athletics track.

Do I have to run for the whole 6 hours in the Guy Fawkes Gallop?
All entrants can run for as long or as little as you like over the 6 hour period and there is no set pace you must run at.
I have signed up for the 5k in the Guy Fawkes Gallop, what if I fancy running further afterwards?
Your entry is just a guideline, you are welcome to run as far as you wish.
