Head down south for this fun-filled Battle of Hastings inspired run around the historic town. A hillier route, this one rewards with plenty of music and entertainment throughout, and a downhill second half towards a pretty seaside finish.

Hastings Half-Marathon routes

The course circumnavigates the Ancient Town of Hastings, starting at the Seafront and following the route of William the Conqueror towards Battle, round the back of the Town and down to the Famous ‘Old Town’ and fishing Village of Hastings, then comes back along the three mile Seafront back to where you started. Although tough for the first part of the course, runners have produced some very fast times and PB’s, as the last two-thirds is Flat or Downhill, and then the finish on the Promenade.

In addition to being a well organised run, can offer Chip to Chip as well as Gun to Chip timing. A professional photography company will be taking photos, which can be ordered ‘on line’. We intend to offer even more entertainment around the route, with four bands, two disco’s, two choirs and a cheerleader group. We want to give runners value for money, and an experience they will remember. This is an event not to be missed.

One of my favourite HM. Always great support, challenging course (not flat) and really well organised. The medals are really unique too.
