Route information
Starting and finishing at the Medway Park athletics, this 10k is perfect for all abilities to have a go. The route is clearly marked and marshalled throughout. You will have the chance to explore the surrounding area of Medway as you head out onto the course. Be wary of members of the public as this course is not fully closed to traffic.
There will also be a Children's fun run taking place on the Medway Park track, making this event fun for all the family.

Age Requirements
- 10k: All entrants must be 15 years or older
- Children's Fun Run: Children of all ages are allowed to enter

Headphones are not permitted on this road due to sections of the course being on open roads.
