Phillips Law Basingstoke Half Marathon, 10k & 5k

The Half Marathon, 10k and 5k races all start from Crossborough Park in War Memorial Park, Basingstoke. Setting off in the heart of Basingstoke town centre, the routes soon leave the town behind, taking runners into the beautiful, undulating Hampshire countryside along traffic-free country roads.

The courses offer a challenging yet exhilarating and rewarding experience, with iconic climbs around Cliddesden and Farleigh Wallop, stunning rural scenery and picturesque villages along the way. Whether you’re chasing a personal best or simply enjoying the experience, there’s plenty to keep you inspired from start to finish.

For the safety and enjoyment of all participants, full road closures will be in place across the race routes for the duration of the event. Runners will also be supported by a team of friendly marshals and professional traffic management throughout.

Before the main races get underway, younger runners can join in the fun with our dedicated Kids’ Race. This flat, 1-mile course is designed especially for children aged 5–10 years and provides the perfect introduction to the excitement of race day.

The Kids’ Race starts at 9:00am, giving our youngest participants the chance to enjoy their own moment in the spotlight before the Half Marathon, 10k and 5k runners take to the course.
