Route information
Join in this guided trail run and yoga class in the stunning Chiltern Hills. The 10k guided run will take you along a stunning trail past canal paths and alongside fields of sun drenched corn and woodland tracks.
The run will be expertly led by a qualified run guide to ensure you're learning valuable trail running skills as you run.
Following the trail run, Annabel from Zest Yoga will be providing a 50-minute yoga class. Annabel a trail runner herself, will guide you through the yoga class, specifically designed for runners, whether you are first time yogi or a pro.
This is a beautiful venue and the yoga class will take place in the light and spacious atrium or if the weather is good, outside on the grass.
