A good event, slick process for bib collection on the day. Traffic free routes mostly away from town centre roads. Good number of water stations with flip top bottles. Nice Race Village, with a choice of food and coffee stalls, as well as running stalls. A good event and will consider it again.

Took up running last summer and this was my 3rd and so far the best half marathon - not just in terms of my PB (02:29:19) goal but also for the superb organisation, the friendly and supportive pace setters, marshals and volunteers and finally the lovely locals for all the encouragement along the route. Looking forward to the Surrey Half 2023 !

Pre-race communication and on-site facilities were excellent. Lots of well informed, friendly and encouraging marshals, secure well managed bag-drop. Retail, medical and food and drink very good. Enjoyable mostly rural closed-road route, with only a few gentle hills. Fast results service.
