Route information
The 10K and 5k courses are accurately measured and take you along quiet lanes in and around the pretty villages of Abbots Langley, Bedmond, and Kings Langley. Although the start is on grass, the rest of the routes are on tarmac roads and so we’d recommend road shoes. The routes are genuinely undulating with no significant hills – and the races are suitable for buggies and wheelchairs.

Brilliant race, so well organised. 2 points to improve: the course is 0.2 miles short. It would be nice to have the year on the medal or the ribbon of the medal.

Good event with challenging course. Some tight spots though when traffic was a little close for comfort (bridge at the bottom of Toms Lane for example). Medal also pretty naff.

Not sure about accuracy of the course length. Was running at same speed with a friend who finished the 3K in 17mins. But, 5 mins later I completed the 5K.........
