This is a lovely course, set in the rolling hills of Surrey so it is incredibly scenic. It is well run and organised and the Marshalls (and other competitors!) are all very friendly. There seemed to be a real mix of abilities too, all of whom get encouragement and support. There are enough water stations, very kindly staffed by the local cadets. The only downside to 2021 was the heatwave, but there isn't much they could do about that!

A small event with just a few hundreds runner but very well organised. Wide free car park just next to the start/finish line and portaloos too. The 10k route is one undulating loop around Redhill aerodrome and even if the roads are not closed to traffic, it's quite quiet at that time on a Sunday morning. Goodie bag is quite basic, just a banana and a bottle of water but the entry fee is under £20 so very reasonable as it includes a cool Caterham-car-shaped finisher medal. A running t-shirt is not included in the entry but it can be bought optionally for a tenner. Very well organised event with plenty of marshalls en route to help with traffic and turning at the right points and two water stations.

The course was pretty tough as half marathons go - very undulating and with a steep hill towards the end, which you have to get up and over twice! One aspect that could be improved: staggering the half marathon and 10km starts - it was far too busy trying to turn the first corner, with a lot of people already doing very different paces. The organisation was fantastic - marshals on every corner of the race, volunteers making sure the parking situation was smooth, and a great atmosphere around the start/finish. Great medal too.

The course was great, but the post code to the car park didn't work and we drove around with a bunch of other runners getting a bit lost. The run was great and the medal was really nice. Hard finish on the up slope on the grass. Will recommend to others.

Everything good apart from the lack of loos but I know they are expensive. I don’t mean to sound ungrateful but as a teetotaller an alternative to wine would be good as a prize. Thanks

Excellently organised event with very supportive marshals. The Rotary Club should be very pleased with themselves again. A slightly demanding route, on quiet roads a very appropriate and distinctive medal and the charitable aspect of the race make it a great one to support. 10/10!

Very undulating but a well planned loop for the 10km. I don't know the area so was a bit shocked with the hills, but brilliant event. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I'm sorry I couldn't stay fro the prizes but I had to get back into London to get my train back to Leeds. The heat was hard to race in, but that wasn't the organiser's fault :-) Parking and access really well organised. I think you needed more toilets though as the queue was huge. !Thank you everyone.

Hey there, just to let you know that Under UK Athletics rules headphones are no longer permitted in events that take place on roads open to traffic and runners risk disqualification if spotted wearing headphones with the exception of bone conducting headphones. Heaphones are permitted for events taking place 'off road' or closed to traffic however you must be able to hear marshal's instructions and other runners around you. All the best!

Hey there, just to let you know you are able to wear bone constructing headphones for this race. As long as you are able to hear the marshalls clearly you'll be okay. All the best!
