Route information

This run will take you along a scenic section of the River Thames, starting from Staines. With a fully signed route and well-stocked aid table at the start and finish of each lap, you'll have all the support you need.
This is a 7 hour timed challenge, so you can run as little or as much as you want within the time. Complete a minimum of 5k, which is part of a lap, to earn a finisher's medal. A full lap is 4.37 miles (7k), so you can run as many or as few as you want. It is 3 laps for a half marathon, 6 for a marathon and 7 or over for an ultra.
The terrain is mainly footpaths and tarmac, with a short grass section, so road shoes are suitable.
