Route information
Terrain Mixed, trails, road and paths
Elevation Undulating
The course is a single lap for the 10k, with 5k runners doing a shorter loop. This will be an undulating route around the trails, paths and roads surrounding Madehurst and South Downs.
Although the course is challenging in parts, it is ideal for runners of all standards – from experienced athletes to those with limited race experience and first time runners. And, of course, you have the choice of running 10k or 5k.
There will also be a FREE children's race taking place before the main event!

Age Requirements
Entrants must be 11+ to enter the 5k and 15+ to enter the 10k.
Race Packs
Entrants who have entered in good time will have their race packs sent in the post 10 days before event day.
Those who have entered in the 10 days before race day will collect their race pack at registration on the day of the event.
If your race pack hasn’t arrived, head to the registration desk at race HQ and you can be issued with a new one.
A full set of race instructions will be sent via email before the event.
