The Tonbridge Half Marathon route

The route is an accurately measured pan-shaped course starting in south Tonbridge. It will take runners along closed roads with plenty of crowd support especially through the attractive village of Leigh, both on your way out and again on the way back, before the finish back in Tonbridge. There will be four water stations on the course with toilet facilities.

What’s Included

All finishers will receive a bespoke medal and souvenir technical t-shirts will also be available to purchase for £8.00.

Prizes/trophies are awarded to leading runners and age group winners.

The venue offers changing, toilets and baggage, plus a race village including medal engraving and refreshment facilities.

Raceday Logistics

Race Start is at 10am.

Let's Do This always recommend that you arrive at least 45 mins before your start time so that you have enough time to both register and prep for the race start.

First Aid:

SE Medical will be in attendance on the day and the course will be marshalled to provide assistance. There will also be a sweep marshal following the race to ensure that nobody is left behind and that all runners are accounted for.

Results:

Your individual time and position will be recorded by your electronic chip. We will endeavour to display results as they come into the race centre. Results will be uploaded to www.nice-work.org.uk as soon as possible after the race. All entrants that have supplied a valid and legible email address will receive a copy of the results as soon as possible after the race.

Did the Half Marathon in 2018

Tonbridge half marathon must be a contender for the most beautiful course in England. It runs through the Kentish countryside, with amazing views from gentle hills. Going out and back, you pass through the picturesque village of Leigh where local people hand out cut-up oranges and sweets to help with flagging energy.
