Route information
This course takes place at Redbridge Cycle Centre, East London and the venue offers a unique, traffic-free route.
The course is naturally undulating and will all be run on tarmac, with 2 climbs and one rapid descent per lap. Athletes will do laps of the 2k cycle circuit which are detailed below:
- Ultra - 24 and a half laps
- Marathon - 20 and a half laps
- Half Marathon - 10 and a half laps
Throughout the race there will be well-stocked aid stations with options of hot and cold food/drink.

Get full directionsThe Race Headquarters will be located at the main reception. The start of each race varies depending on the distance covered. All runners will be walked to their start prior to each race. Runners of later distances should be aware that the other distances will still be running at this time.
By Car
The finish will be located adjacent to the race HQ. Parking is available at the main car park, which is clearly signposted upon entry.
By Train
The closest tube station is Fairlop which is approximately 1.5 miles from the Race HQ.

Age Requirements
The minimum age on race day is 18 years for the ultra and marathon distance and 17 years of age for the half marathon.
