Get ready to unleash your wild side at the 44th Annual Wild Wild Wilderness event on Saturday, September 14, 2024! It's the pinnacle of the 2024 Grand Slam series, and your chance to make history. Choose your challenge at the Kickapoo State Recreation Area, west of Danville, Illinois - the 7.45 Trail Run whisking you through nature's untamed beauty or the 5K that loops around the serene Clear Pond. Feel the rush with day-of race registrations: $55 for the 7.45, $45 for the 5K, or conquer both for $65.

The courses promise breathtaking landscapes and thrilling terrain. Age group awards and finisher medals await valiant runners at the finish line, with Grand Slam honors up for grabs at the post-race ceremony. Remember, no on-course distractions – keep your four-legged friends and strollers at home – and be there to claim your prizes in person!
