The course is a 5k loop of undulating trails and paths within Bedgebury Forest. The course starts and finishes within the Pinetum meaning the route should be quiet with no vehicle traffic.
There will be other forest users and bicycles crossing the routes, so runners should be alert to other users.
The looped nature of the course means 10k runners will complete 2 laps of the course.

Bedgebury National Pinetum & Forest is just off the A21 in Kent.
Parking
The race is best accessed by car and your entry fee includes vehicle admission charges. There will be parking on site.
10:30 5k and 10k start
*Please arrive at least 45 minutes before the race begins in order to complete the registration process.
Age Requirements
All entrants must be 15 and older to enter the 10k and 11 and older to enter the 5k.
Dogs
All dogs must be kept on their lines and under control at all times and you must clear up after your dog. If your dog is found to be off lead you will risk disqualification.
Race Packs
Entrants who have entered in good time will have their race packs sent in the post 10 days before event day.
Those who have entered in the 10 days before race day will collect their race pack at registration on the day of the event.
If your race pack hasn’t arrived, head to the registration desk at race HQ and you can be issued with a new one.
A full set of race instructions will be sent via email before the event.

Lovely course as always well organised and route well signposted. Marshall's clear and happy. Only small grip that 10k was just under 10k.
