Step into spring with this 2 day festival of running. With multiple routes to choose from from ultra to 5k across 2 days, there's something for every runner. All routes will be fast and flat along the Leeds and Liverpool Canal, providing a great opportunity to smash that PB.

Route information
Terrain: Towpath
Course type: Out-and-back
All distances will run the towpath along the Leeds and Liverpool canal and all will be starting and finishing in the same place. You'll be running along the towpath so it will be a smooth event and flat underfoot.

Cut-off Time
There will be a cut-off time of 6.5 hours. All runners should complete the course in that time.
Age Requirements
- 5k: Entrants must be 16 years of age or over to participate
- 10k, 10 miles, Half Marathon, 20 miles, Marathon: Entrants must be 18 years of age or over to participate
- Ultra: Entrants must be 21 years of age or over to participate

Absolutely you can. Just buy entry into both the races you want to run and come take part.
Are there any age restrictions for the Spring Canal Canter 2024?
Yes, runners for the ultra must be at least 21 years old, aged 18 or over for the 10k, 10 miles, half marathon, 20 mile and marathon and aged 16 or over to run in the 5k.
What route will I run for the Spring Canal Canter 2024?
All races will be along the Leeds and Liverpool canal.
