Route information
This course begins at the foot of Whiteleaf Hill, which will be the first climb of the day. From here you will pass the notable Whiteleaf chalk Cross before reaching the top where participants can take in the panoramic views over the vast Chiltern Hills.
All routes will be clearly signed with blue arrows, tape and small flags.

If you are travelling by car, you must enter the venue via New Road. If in doubt, follow the What3Words for an exact pinpoint location: shady.weeknight.positive
Please note that there will not be any vehicle access via Merton Road.
Parking
There will be free parking available at the venue. It is recommended by the event organiser to car share where possible, to allow enough car park spaces for everyone.
By Train
There are regular rail services from London Marylebone to Princes Risborough station, taking around 50 minutes. The station is an 18 minute walk from the school.

Age Requirements
Please note that all under 16's must be accompanied by a participating adult.
Water & Nutrition stations
This will be a plastic-free event, so please be sure to bring your own reusable bottle or cup.
Plastic-Free Event
Maverick Race is making every effort to make this season 100% plastic-free. For this reason, there will be no plastic cups at this event, so runners should bring a reusable cup or bottle with them to refill at the stations located on the route.

Transfers
If you want to transfer out of an event, this is ok, but only once. You can only transfer to an event if it has not sold out.
The last day to transfer out of an event is the Monday before event day (5 days before the event), please email Maverick on info@maverick-race.com with the name of the event you would like to move to. the organiser are not able to move you out of an event if you contact them after this day.
Dog Entry
Unfortunately the venue have asked for no dogs, so you will not be able to take part in this event with your dog.
Spectator Info
It is strongly encouraged to invite friends and family along to spectate the race, as supporters are integral creating an amazing race-day atmosphere.
Supporters will also have the opportunity to explore the surrounding area and take in the breath-taking landscape for themselves.

Where can I access my results?
Race results are live and will show on the Maverick Race website within a few minutes of you finishing your run.
Why do I need a re-usable cup or bottle?
Maverick have pledged themselves to protecting the great British outdoors. By doing so, they're on a quest to make the up and coming season 100% plastic free.
Is trail running equipment mandatory?
Please check the event organiser webpage for the mandatory kit list for the Ultra & Long route
Is my race number for the event posted to me?
No, Maverick Race will not post anything prior to the event. Your race number will be waiting for you to collect from the Registration area on the morning of the event.
I’m aged 16 or below, can I run the event on my own?
All runners under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a participating adult throughout the event.
