These trail runs are perfect for seasoned veterans and beginners alike.
For the marathon and ultra runners you will be following the River Wye Walk on the River Wye Path which leads you down river for a number of miles, you will then cross the river before picking up the Offa’s Dyke Path for a breathtaking stretch of the run.
Heading back up the Offa’s Dyke Path, you will then be led into the gorgeous Highmeadow Woods for a tough woodland circuit before crossing the river via the swing bridge to the finish!
The half marathon and 12K runners will be taking on the same route through the woodlands and along the riverbanks, but cross the river at an earlier spot, once across the river some woodland trails and beautiful routes await!
Once through the woods you will be crossing the swing bridge to the finish line.
Canicross friendly: Half marathon and 12k only (please ensure your dog has trained for the event).

Parking will cost £5 per day and can only be paid in cash. Parking will be located at the event HQ.
Camping
Biblins Youth Campsite, HR9 6DX
Camping is available at headquarters on Friday night only.
Cost £7 per person per night (Plus £5 for your vehicle)
Please note this is a basic campsite. Fresh Water tap and loos onsite. No Electrical hookups available. No disposable barbecues or fire pits allowed.
To book a camping spot please 'add' camping to your basket when checking out when entering an event.

Age Requirements
Age requirements are as follows for the following distances:

Ultra: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to participate

Marathon: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to participate

Half Marathon: Entrants must be 17 years of age or older to participate

12k: Entrants must be 15 years of age or older to participate
Cupless event
The Wye Valley Trail Running Challenge is a cupless event so all participants must bring their own form of the water carrier, whether that be a bottle, a cup or a camel pouch.
Canicross
The Wye Valley Trail Running Challenge is dog friendly so why not bring along your four-legged friend. Please note this is only the case for the Half Marathon and 13k. Do not bring dogs on the Marathon and Ultra courses.
Aid Stations
There will be a variety of aid stations available throughout each course, their exact locations will be confirmed in the lead up to the event.

You must collect your race pack on the day of the event from registration at the allotted registration time for the event you have booked.

Parking will be available at the Wye Valley Trail Running Challenge, it will cost £5 to park for the day at the event location.
