Route information
This trail running extravaganza funnels participants through a beautiful 6.5-mile route. With a choice of various distances - 10k, half marathon, 20 miles, marathon or ultramarathon - there's something for every level of runner. Make sure to collect your awesome finisher's medal too!
The routes consist of a set number of laps around a 6.5-mile trail course. Runners will start from the centre of Knaresborough climbing gently up through parkland onto the old railway track between Knaresborough and Harrogate surrounded by beautiful countryside. This course is great, and all done within lovely landscape and a beautiful Yorkshire town.

Get full directionsBy Car
Follow the A-59 towards Harrogate and turn onto the A658. Afterwards, take the turning onto the B6163 and follow up Bland's Hill and arrive at Mother Shipton's Inn.
