Route information
The routes consist of a set number of laps around a 6.5 mile trail course. Runners will start from the center of Knaresborough climbing gently up through park land on to the old railway track between Knaresborough and Harrogate surrounded by beautiful countryside. This is great underfoot making for a lapped course in a lovely landscape and beautiful Yorkshire town
There are a few gentle undulating elements for participants to contend with, including a short hill at the 4.2-mile mark and a rapid descent from the 5.6-mile - 6.2-mile area.

Get full directionsBy Car
Follow the A-59 towards Harrogate and turn onto the A658. Afterwards, take the turning onto the B6163 and follow up Bland's Hill and arrive at Mother Shipton's Inn.
