This out and back canter takes place on the Leeds to Liverpool Canal, starting and finishing Kirkstall, about 2.5 miles outside the centre of Leeds. Whilst this flat route is not particularly technical, it’s a great opportunity for a PB.

- Ultra: Entrants must be 21 years of age or older

There will be feed stations at the 2.5-mile mark.
Cupless Event
The organiser are reducing their environmental impact and will not be handing out cups. Please bring your own receptacle with you on race day!

Yes, the cut off time for this event is 6.5 hours.
How old do you have to be to enter the Summer Extravaganza event?
All entrants for the Ultra race must be aged 21 and over, aged 18 and over for the 10k, 10 miles, Half Marathon, 20 miles and Marathon, and aged 16 and over to take part in the 5k.
Do I need to be UKA affiliated in order to take part in the Summer Extravaganza?
Everyone is welcome! You can enter without a UKA affiliation by selecting the standard entry ticket at the checkout. Please note, you will be charged £2 more.
