About
The Teesdale Triathlon is one of the most popular events on the North-East calendar. It consists of a 400m (16 lengths) pool swim, followed by an 18-mile cycle route through scenic Teesdale. The event concludes with a three-mile, off-road run. The race is ideal for beginners and experienced triathletes alike. Those new to triathlon will be able to take advantage of several free Go Tri events in the build-up to this year's race. These will contain some mini race tasters, plus advice on transitions etc.
