Back for its 17th edition, the annual Sunrise to Sunset Challenge is returning to Shrewsbury Sports Village, offering runners a choice of a 5k, 10k, half marathon, marathon and all-day ultra running. You can expect a friendly, fun atmosphere, with music, food and drinks to keep you fuelled and entertained.
The course follows the Sports Village's purpose-built, 1k cycling track, which is completely flat so ideal for those looking to achieve a new PB. For the ultra, see how many laps of the track you can run between sunrise at 08:20 and sunset at 16:01, with the winner recording the furthest distance within the time limit. Runners will get their lap cards stamped each lap.
