My first race, it was well organised with a rolling start time for covid which made sense. The course was nice and flat and had loads of people cheering us on and the marshals were really encouraging. Really enjoyed it

My first big run. Great views etc just a pain that public were still using the same paths so that slowed people down and gave no overtaking space. Also due to the earlier wet weather there was a lot of surface water to avoid and again space would have helped.

Was such a shame that the ‘party’ that was taking place out of one of the runners beach huts, before the finish line, blocked the finish line. You’d have thought they would have offered encouragement and cheers to those still running, failing that, keeping to the side so they could pass!!

I have participated in past years and will continue to do so. People are living longer and so it would not be unreasonable to have a veterans 80+ category. I would have been in it this year! However, I did come first in the 75+ group.

It was my first experience running the Rudolph run and it was a great event all round. Well organised and a great atmosphere. It was also lovely to have such great support from crowds and the public; especially when the weather/winds were not our friend haha. Highly recommend.
